		<description>So what happened, so far as we can guess, is that my brain used NREM sleep to process water, and I had trained myself out of NREM; so, my brain tried to kill me by dehydration.

The CAT scan and blood work showed nothing interesting, and by that point I was totally back to normal. This problem went away immediately when I got more sleep and has not returned in the past 1.5 years.

That said, don&#039;t be discouraged! I&#039;d go back to polyphasic if my work schedule allowed it.</description>
