Sleep at EveryMike’s isn’t trivial: he has roommates, those roommates have friends, those friends like beer, and the beer likes shouting. I think I got some of my 2:30AM to 3AM in, but I’ve yawned a few times and am looking forward to my 6:30AM.
However, I’m much, much less tired than I have been in the past. Is it all the oversleeping? Here’s a theory: if you keep nodding off during the adjustment period, oversleep once. That will give you the energy to power through the rest of the phases for a few days.
