This is day zero of my Uberman sleep schedule. It’s all in planning so far.
I work from home with only one scheduled event each week (a meeting every Sunday at noon), so I based my schedule around that and around when I normally go to bed (2 or 3AM).
The alarm will have to be set manually at first, since I don’t have a timer. That will be one of my first purchases with my next paycheck.
Thus, here is my uber-nap-schedule. Note that this is both AM and PM, and everything has four hours between:
- 2:30 to 3;
- 6:30 to 7;
- 10:30 to 11.
My first alarm goes off on October 4th at 3AM. EveryMike and I intend to celebrate the start of our productivity at 3AM.
Update: I was tired, so I tried starting with my 10:30PM to 11PM microsleep. It was only okay.
